Rejected Transactions Sample Clauses

Rejected Transactions. If an Agreed CCP or Clearing Member does not accept a transaction for clearing, the Firm will notify the Client promptly and the Firm will have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise (and, in particular, no obligation in respect of any Loss which may arise as a result of any interval before notification of non-acceptance is made) to the Client in respect of the transaction. The Firm may take any step to terminate such a transaction which is still subsisting after the moment of non-acceptance.

Rejected Transactions. Bank may reject any Transaction (each, a “Rejected Transaction”) at any time, either with or without cause, including, but not limited to, if a proposed Transaction would violate applicable law or Card Network Rules. Bank shall notify Program Manager of a Rejected Transaction, and Program Manager shall provide you with such notice.

Rejected Transactions. We may withhold, reject, or delay any funds received, exchanged or sent in the following circumstances: (a) no valid exchange rates are available from our correspondent banking partners, liquidity providers, or other financial institutions; (b) any relevant anti-money laundering or counter financing of terrorism limits are exceeded; (c) you have not complied with your obligations under these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or under Applicable Law; or (d) we exercise our rights under clause 19.
Rejected Transactions. (i) If a Specified CCP rejects a Transaction but Clearing Member reasonably determines that the Transaction can be resubmitted for clearing, then the parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve the issues that gave rise to the rejection and Clearing Member shall resubmit the Transaction to the Specified CCP. (ii) If (A) a Specified CCP rejects a Transaction or (B) the Specified CCP fails to novate such Transaction by the applicable deadline therefor based on the time of submission of such Transaction (such Transaction, a “Rejected Transaction”), and Clearing Member reasonably determines that the Transaction cannot be resubmitted for clearing, then, unless the parties otherwise agree at the time of such rejection:‌

Rejected Transactions. A Bank to Bank Transfer will be returned if it cannot be successfully posted to your accounts, including, but not limited to: □ An incorrect entered account or ABA number; □ Insufficient available funds in the account to be debited and/or credited; □ Insufficient minimum available balance to meet the Service Limits transfer qualification criteria; □ Exceeding the dollar limit for an individual transaction, daily transfer limit, monthly transfer limit, or pending transfers that have not yet been posted. It is your responsibility to monitor the status of your Bank to Bank Transfer requests and for ensuring your transactions have been accurately entered and processed as requested.
