Common use of REJECTION OF GOODS Clause in Contracts

REJECTION OF GOODS. Goods shall not be deemed accepted until the City completes receipt, inspection and acceptance. The City may reject goods upon notice to the Contractor without the requirement to specify the reason(s) for rejection. The City can return non-conforming goods, require Contractor to replace non-conforming goods, or require Contractor to repair non-confirming goods to meet requirements, at the Contractor cost.
