Rejection of Sour Milk. If milk received at the factory fails either the sensory test, and / or acidity, and / or pH tests it will be rejected. The individual farm milk samples will be tested to identify which Supplier supplied the milk. The Supplier will not be paid for this milk. Before further milk can be collected from the Supplier identified with the sour milk, a sample must be taken from the vat and pass sensory, pH and acidity testing.
