Related Costs. Axys shall be responsible for payment of all shipping or other transportation charges and insurance costs and any sales, transfer, excise, export or other tax and of any customs tax or duties assessed on the sale or transfer of such Compounds under the terms of this Agreement, but excluding taxes based upon net income of AAT.

Related Costs. Any and all sums paid and any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, obligations and legal costs and fees incurred by Lender with respect to the foregoing shall be added to and become part of the Obligations. Related Costs. Charges for using a specific payment method If you choose to make repayments to your Damart Personal Account at the Post Office their standard fees will be payable. Or if you choose to pay at a bank some banks may charge if you do not bank with them. Costs in the case of late payments We reserve the right to charge you (i) an administration charge of up to £12 in respect of each missed or incomplete payment due; (ii) an administration charge of up to £6 in respect of each returned payment; (iii) any reasonable expenses and costs that we may incur in the instruction or involvement of third parties for tracing you or debt collection. Interest will also be payable on any late payments at the interest rate shown above. Consequences of missing payments Missing payments could have severe consequences, including increasing the cost of your credit, impairing your credit rating which may make obtaining credit in the future more difficult and/or expensive for you.
Related Costs. Customer is responsible for the operational costs of the EMR, including updates and maintenance, and shall work with its EMR provider, as necessary, to facilitate Company’s installation of the Integration.
