Common use of Related Employers Clause in Contracts

Related Employers. If two or more related employers (as defined in Section 1.30) contribute to this Plan, the Advisory Committee must allocate all Employer nonelective contributions (and forfeitures treated as nonelective contributions) to each Participant in the Plan, in accordance with the elections in this Adoption Agreement Section 3.04: (CHOOSE (M) OR (N)) [X] (m) Without regard to which contributing related group member employs the Participant.
