Common use of Related Employers Clause in Contracts

Related Employers. If two or more related employers (as defined in Section 1.30) contribute to this Plan, the Administrative Committee must allocate all Employer profit sharing contributions (and forfeitures treated as profit sharing contributions) to each Participant in the Plan, in accordance with the elections in this Adoption Agreement Section 3.04: (Choose (m) or (n)) [ ] (m) Without regard to which contributing related group member employs the Participant.
