Maintenance of Quality. In the course of marketing, promoting, advertising, distributing, providing and selling the Goods and Services under the Marks, Teacher shall maintain and adhere to standards of quality provided below at Schedule B and those imposed by law. Such quality standards are designed to ensure that the quality of the Goods and Services furnished under the Marks are consistent with the high reputation of the Marks and conform with applicable laws. Whenever SVA wishes to change the quality standards, it will notify Teacher of such changes, and will give Teacher reasonable time to make the changes required for Teacher to conform to the amended quality standards. To maintain quality standards, SVA and its authorized representatives shall have the right, but not the obligation, to inspect, monitor, and evaluate facilities and teaching practices used to furnish the Goods and Services.

Maintenance of Quality. (a) Adherence to Quality Standards. In the course of marketing, ------------------------------ promoting, advertising, distributing, leasing and selling Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items under the Licensed Marks, Licensee shall maintain and adhere to standards of quality and specifications that conform to or exceed those quality standards and technical and operational specifications adopted and/or amended in the manner provided below ("Quality Standards") and those imposed by Law. Such Quality Standards are designed to ensure that the quality of the Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items marketed, promoted, advertised, distributed, leased and sold under the Licensed Marks are consistent with the high reputation of the Licensed Marks and are in conformity with applicable Laws.
Maintenance of Quality. Licensee shall maintain the quality and specification of the Licensed Products as have been approved by Licensor pursuant to Sections 4.2 and 4.3 above. When Licensor gives instruction to Licensee to improve the quality and/or details, Licensee shall follow the instruction.

In all matters related to the Company’s use of the Solazyme Trademarks, the Company shall maintain and adhere to standards of quality and specifications that conform to or exceed the highest of (i) such quality standards and technical and operational specifications as may be adopted and authorized by Solazyme with respect to Solazyme’s Trademarks (“Quality Standards”) and (ii) such quality standards and technical and operational specifications as may be imposed by Applicable Law. These obligations are intended to ensure that the quality of the Services performed under the Solazyme Trademarks and of any Products manufactured at any plant operated by or on behalf of the Company under the Solazyme Trademarks be consistent with the high reputation of the Solazyme Trademarks and conform with all Applicable Laws. (b) Establishment of Initial Quality Standards. Solazyme shall establish, not later than ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, the initial Quality Standards for any Services provided in connection with the Business and for any Products manufactured at any plant operated by or on behalf of the Company under Solazyme’s Trademarks. (c) Changes in Quality Standards. Should Solazyme wish to modify the Quality Standards relating to Solazyme’s Trademarks, Solazyme shall give the Company written notice of any such change, and shall afford the Company a reasonable time within which to adopt such changes as may be required for the Company to conform to the revised Quality Standards.

Maintenance of Quality. 12.1 In the course of marketing, promoting, advertising, selling and providing Genotyping Services under the Orchid Trademarks, DNAPrint will at all times maintain and adhere to the quality standards adopted by Orchid consistent with the high reputation of the Orchid Trademarks. 12.2 Prior to using any Orchid Trademark on any type of printed or electronic marketing, advertising or promotional materials, DNAPrint will submit samples of the material to Orchid for approval, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. Once approved by Orchid, DNAPrint may use the Orchid Trademarks on printed or electronic marketing, advertising or promotional materials prepared in accordance with the previously submitted and approved samples. 12.3 To further ensure that quality standards are maintained, Orchid will have the right, but not the obligation, to inspect, monitor and test the equipment, materials and procedures, including DNAPrint's SNPstream Instrument and Primer Extension method, and to inspect DNAPrint's books and records relating to the provision of Genotyping Services to ensure that DNAPrint is in compliance with Orchid's quality standards. Any inspection will be with prior notice to DNAPrint and in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with the business and affairs of DNAPrint.
Maintenance of Quality. 4.1.1 In the course of using the Home Depot Marks to market the USRI Products and Services, USRI shall maintain and adhere to specifications and standards of quality with respect to the Home Depot Marks that conform to or exceed those specifications and quality standards provided to USRI by Xxxxx and/or Home Depot (the “Home Depot Standards”) and those imposed by law. 4.1.2 In the event that Xxxxx and/or Home Depot desires to change the Home Depot Standards, they will notify USRI in writing of such changes, and will afford USRI a reasonable time period in which to adopt such changes as may be required for USRI to conform to the changed Home Depot Standards.
Maintenance of Quality. 5.1.1 In the course of using the XXXX Xxxxx to market, sell and provide the USRI Products and Services, Home Depot shall maintain and adhere to specifications and standards of quality with respect to the XXXX Xxxxx that conform to or exceed those specifications and quality standards provided to Home Depot by USRI (the “USRI Standards”) and those imposed by law. 5.1.2 In the event that USRI desires to change the USRI Standards, it will notify Home Depot in writing of such changes, and will afford Home Depot a reasonable time period in which to adopt such changes as may be required for Home Depot to conform to the changed USRI Standards.
