Relations with Media; Broadcast Arrangements. The authorised representative of Concessionaire shall be available at the Sports Infrastructure Project during normal business hours and at such other times as may be required to answer inquiries of news and entertainment media regarding upcoming Events at the Sports Infrastructure Project and shall arrange for access of the media to Events to the extent that it does not violate the conditions of this Agreement. For Authority Events, the Concessionaire shall cooperate and coordinate with broadcast media and provide access to broadcast facilities and hook-ups and other in-house services at the Sports Infrastructure Project for use by broadcast media as is customary at comparable facilities and at such charges as may be approved by the Authority.

Representatives of Manager shall be available at the Civic Center during normal business hours and at such other times as may be required to answer inquiries of news and entertainment media regarding upcoming Events and shall arrange for access of the media to Events to the extent permitted under the applicable License Agreement. Manager shall cooperate and coordinate with broadcast media and provide access to broadcast facilities and hook-ups and other in-house services at the Civic Center for use by broadcast media as is customary at Comparable Facilities.
