RELATIONSHIP AND UNION REPRESENTATION. 2.01 It is a condition of employment of any employee, as of the date of the signing of this agreement, who is a member of the Union or who after becomes a member of the Union, that he or she remains a member for the duration of the agreement. Each new employee (within three (3) months after his or her date of employment) shall become a member of the Union. The Union agrees that it will retain in membership any employee subject to the constitution of Unifor and the bylaws of Local 87-M.
