RELATIONSHIP ESTABLISHED AND DUTIES. 1. The bank hereby will employ the employee as Chairman and CEO to hold the title of Chairman and CEO and to perform such services and duties as the Board of Directors may, from time to time, designate during the term hereof. Any exception to this must be made by notification and written approval of the Board of Directors.
