Relationship of Parties Vztah smluvních stran. 15.5.1 Nothing herein shall be construed as creating any association, partnership, joint venture, employment or the relationship of principal and agent between the parties, it being understood that the Institution/Investigator is an independent contractor, and neither party has the authority to bind the other, nor the other’s representatives, in any way. Nic v této Smlouvě nebude vykládáno jako vytvoření jakéhokoliv sdružení, konsorcia, společného podniku, zaměstnaneckého poměru nebo vztahu zmocnitele a zmocněnce mezi stranami, čímž se rozumí, že Zdravotnické zařízení/Zkoušející je nezávislý smluvní partner a ani jedna ze stran není v žádném případě oprávněna zavazovat druhou stranu ani její zástupce.
