Common use of Relationship of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Relationship of Remedies. Remedies are Non-exclusive. The remedies provided for in this agreement are cumulative and not exclusive; the exercise of one remedy shall not prevent the exercise of another remedy, or the exercise of any rights of the City at law or equity provided that the cumulative remedies may not be disproportionate to the magnitude and severity for the breach for which they are imposed. By way of example and not limitation, the collection of fines by City shall in no respect affect:
