Common use of Relationship to Federal Lease Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Federal Lease. This Contract shall be subordinate and subject to the provisions of the Federal Lease dated March 2, 1987, between the United States Department of Transportation and the Authority, providing for the Authority's lease of the Airports effective June 7, 1987. The Authority will use its best efforts to notify the Contractor of any material amendments to the Federal Lease that would affect the Contractor.

This Contract Agreement shall be and remain subordinate and subject to the provisions of the Federal Lease dated March 2, 1987, between the United States Department of Transportation and the Authority, providing for the Authority's lease of the Airports effective June 7, 1987. The Authority will use its best efforts agrees to notify provide the Contractor Airline written advance notice of any material amendments to the Federal Lease that would affect Lease. At any time after the Contractorexecution of this Agreement, the United States Department of Transportation, or its successor, shall have the right to declare this Agreement to be superior to the Federal Lease.
