Relationship to Grievance Procedure and Other Contractual Guarantees. The LRAC shall be a forum for the resolution of potential problems that is in addition to the forum presented by the grievance procedure in this Agreement. Nothing in this Article shall be construed as limiting the right of the Association or any of its members to file and process a grievance for an alleged violation of this Agreement; Further, nothing in this Article, nor the exercise or lack of exercise of any rights under this Article, shall be construed as a waiver of any other rights which the Association or its members shall possess.
