Common use of Relationship to Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Other Documents. The warranties, representations, covenants and duties of Pledgor (and the rights and remedies of the Secured Party) that are outlined in this Agreement, the Note and the Loan Agreement, are intended to supplement each other. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms in the Note, the Loan Agreement and this Agreement, all such inconsistencies will be construed so as to give the Secured Party the most favorable rights. Furthermore, Pledgor and the Secured Party waive any presumption or rule requiring construction of this Agreement against the drafter.
