Report Organization. Following the executive summary and introductory sections, the remainder of this report is divided two main sections. In the first, we describe the performance of the STA-3/4 PSTA Cell and the results of recent intensive studies in that system. Descriptions of, and initial results from, ongoing microcosm- and mesocosm-scale experiments targeting specific PSTA design knowledge gaps comprise the second section.
Report Organization. 2 CHAPTER 2: SUMMARY OF DATA SETS AND DATA PROCESSING....... 3 ORCA Fare Cards and ORCA Transaction Data....................................................... 3
Report Organization. This report is divided into five chapters. This first chapter introduces the project. The second chapter describes the data used during the project, including not only the ORCA fare card data but the other data sets that were linked to the ORCA data in order to develop highly useful analytical data sets and/or answer key questions. The third chapter presents and discusses a number of example analyses performed with these ORCA-based analytical data sets. The fourth chapter presents the actual data processing steps required to process and fuse the multiple data sets into key analytical data sets useful for transit and regional planning. The fifth chapter presents conclusions and recommendations for further work.
Report Organization. This report is organized into seven sections. Section 2 describes the challenges faced by remote, economically challenged communities in managing their wastes. Section 3 outlines the site visits and presents field observation. Section 4 describes the importance of proper waste management and the consequences of inadequate waste management.

Report Organization. The RIWP presented herein was completed in accordance with NYSDEC regulations and guidance, particularly 6 NYCRR Part 375 and DER-10. Section 2 presents site characterization information regarding site setting, historical site operations and other facility details requested in DER-10 Section 3.3(b)3, 4 and 5. This information was previously provided to NYSDEC in the December 2007 report noted above. Section 2 also presents the analytical results of site characterization activities, also included in the December 2007 report. Section 3 provides discussion of the June 2008 pre-demolition remedial investigation that largely formed the basis for the IRM Work Plan. A qualitative exposure assessment is included in Section 4. Section 5 presents the required fish and wildlife resource analysis. A discussion of the IRM activities is provided in Section 6, as needed to support the proposed additional sampling included in the RIWP. The RIWP is presented in Section 7, and includes schedule and staffing information for the proposed activities.
