Relationship to services. This Agreement is limited to Professional Services and does not convey any right to use Services or the terms of purchase thereof. Any purchase and/or use of Services by Customer will be governed by a separate agreement. "Pakalpojumu Sniegšanas Konts" ir xxxxx xxxx Pakalpojumiem, kas nodrošina piekļuvi Jūsu datiem un konfigurācijai Mūsu sniegtajiem Pakalpojumā. “Mēs,” “Mūs” vai “Mūsu” nozīmē STRONGPOINT, kā šeit definēts. 2 PROFESIONĀLIE PAKALPOJUMI 2.1 Profesionālo Pakalpojumu Darbības Joma.   • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Relationship to Plan This Award is subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Plan and administrative interpretations thereunder, if any, which have been adopted by the Committee thereunder and are in effect on the date hereof. Except as defined or otherwise specifically provided herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meanings ascribed to them under the Plan.

  • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.

  • Customer Relationships The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Company has expended significant resources over many years to identify, develop, and maintain its clients. The Executive additionally acknowledges that the Company’s clients have had continuous and long-standing relationships with the Company and that, as a result of these close, long-term relationships, the Company possesses significant knowledge of and confidential information about its clients and their needs. Finally, the Executive acknowledges the Executive’s association and contact with these clients is derived solely from Executive’s employment with the Company. The Executive further acknowledges that the Company does business throughout the United States and that the Executive personally has significant contact with the Company’s clients and customers solely as a result of Executive’s relationship with the Company.

  • Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.

  • Relationship to the Plan This grant of Performance Units is subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Plan and administrative interpretations thereunder, if any, that have been adopted by the Board. Except as otherwise defined in this Award Agreement, capitalized terms shall have the same meanings given to them under the Plan. To the extent that any provision of this Award Agreement conflicts with the express terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall control and, if necessary, the applicable provisions of this Award Agreement shall be hereby deemed amended so as to carry out the purpose and intent of the Plan.
