Additional Promises by Individuals If you are a natural person (not an entity), you also promise that:
Key Individuals 20.1. The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Individuals are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.
Notification to Individuals Where a Breach of PII occurs that is attributable to Contractor, Contractor shall pay for or promptly reimburse the EA for the full cost of the EA’s notification to Parents, Eligible Students, teachers, and/or principals, in accordance with Education Law Section 2-d and 8 NYCRR Part 121.
Employees and Volunteers Insurance required of the Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees and volunteers. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that all employees and volunteers who use vehicles to transport clients or deliver services have personal automobile insurance and current driver’s licenses.
EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BY CONTRACTOR PROHIBITED During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees as follows:
HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES 13.01 In the event of employees sustaining injuries at work, or becoming affected by occupational diseases during the course of their employment and becoming physically handicapped, as a result thereof, every effort will be made by the Company to give the handicapped employee such suitable employment as is available.
Employment of Consultants Part A General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule. Transfer of Pregnant Employees Pregnant employees may request to be transferred from their current duties if, in the professional opinion of the employee's physician the pregnancy may be at risk. If such a transfer is not feasible, the pregnant employee, if she so requests, will be granted an unpaid leave of absence before commencement of the current contractual maternity leave provisions.
Intermittent Employees On the first day of the monthly pay period following completion of each period of 160 hours or 20 days of paid employment, each intermittent employee in the State civil service shall be allowed one (1) day of credit for sick leave with pay. The hours or days worked in excess of 160 hours or 20 days in a monthly pay period shall not be counted or accumulated.
