Release for Hearing. When it is necessary at any level for a representative or representatives designated by the association to attend a meeting or hearing called by the superintendent during the school day, the superintendent's office shall so notify the principal of such association representatives and they shall be released without loss of pay for such time as their attendance is required at such meeting or hearing.

  • Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension.
