You agree that Licensor does not promise, warrant or guarantee your safety and security, or that of your guests, or your personal property against the criminal actions of other residents or third parties. Furthermore, Licensor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to you, your guests or your personal property or to any person entering the unit assigned to you or the Housing Facility in which you reside, for injury to person or property arising from theft, vandalism or casualty occurring in the unit assigned to you or the Housing Facility in which you reside.
