Common use of RELEASE OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. In the event that the City determines that the stormwater treatment measure(s) located on the Property is no longer required, then the City, at the request of the Property Owner(s) shall execute a release of this Inspection and Maintenance Agreement, which the Property Owner(s) shall record in the Office of the Clerk – Recorder of Santa Xxxxx County at its/their expense. The stormwater treatment measure(s) shall not be removed from the Property unless such a release is so executed and recorded.

RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. The City reserves the option to record such release of the Clerk – Recorder of Santa Xxxxx County at its/their expensethis Maintenance Agreement. The stormwater treatment measure(s) shall not be removed from the Property unless such a release is so executed and recorded.
