Common use of Release of Assignor and Circa Clause in Contracts

Release of Assignor and Circa. Assignor, Circa and Manager release one another from any further claims or obligations of any nature whatsoever in any way which may arise out of the Management Agreement from and after the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such release shall not be effective with respect to any claims or liabilities existing as of the Effective Date, known or unknown, for which Manager, Assignor and/or Circa may be liable.
