Release of Insured Claims. The Lessee releases the Lessor, the Minister, the First Nation, the Council, the Locatee, and their respective officials, servants, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and other legal representatives from all liability for loss (including economic loss), damage, and injury (including loss, damage, and injury arising out of the negligent acts or omissions of any of them) in any way caused by or resulting from any of the perils or injury against which it has covenanted in this Lease to insure.
