Release of Names. All short-listed candidates (internal and external) shall be contacted by the chair and be asked for permission to release their names to the public. If permission is denied by any short-listed candidate, the candidate's application must be considered as confidential. Candidate's permission to release their names shall be announced to the selection committee delegates by the chair.
