RELEASE OF THE UNIVERSITY. The acceptance by the Consultant or any person claiming under the Consultant of final payment made under this Agreement shall operate as and shall be a release of the University from all claims by and liability to the Consultant, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, for anything done or furnished under the provisions of this Agreement or in connection with the Project.
