Antitrust Certification Statements (Tex Government Code § 2155.005) By submission of this bid or proposal, the Bidder certifies that: I affirm under penalty of perjury of the laws of the State of Texas that: (1) I am duly authorized to execute this contract on my own behalf or on behalf of the company, corporation, firm, partnership or individual (Company) listed below; (2) In connection with this bid, neither I nor any representative of the Company has violated any provision of the Texas Free Enterprise and Antitrust Act, Tex. Bus. & Comm. Code Chapter 15; (3) In connection with this bid, neither I nor any representative of the Company has violated any federal antitrust law; (4) Neither I nor any representative of the Company has directly or indirectly communicated any of the contents of this bid to a competitor of the Company or any other company, corporation, firm, partnership or individual engaged in the same line of business as the Company.
Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,
Cost Certification Redeveloper shall submit authentic documentation to the City on approved forms or format for payment of any expenses related to construction of the eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. Redeveloper shall timely submit receipts, invoices, or proof of payment concurrently with the request for reimbursement of eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. The City shall approve or reject the request for reimbursement with reasons stated, based on the review within ten (10) business days of receipt of the same. The foregoing notwithstanding, the City reserves the right during said ten (10) day period to request additional information and documentation related to a request for reimbursement from Redeveloper, and such a request by the City shall have the effect of restarting the ten (10) day period upon receipt of all requested information. Replacement Certificates If, on the date a Securityholder’s escrow securities are to be released, the Escrow Agent holds a share certificate or other evidence representing more escrow securities than are to be released, the Escrow Agent will deliver the share certificate or other evidence to the Issuer or its transfer agent and request replacement share certificates or other evidence. The Issuer will cause replacement share certificates or other evidence to be prepared and delivered to the Escrow Agent. After the Escrow Agent receives the replacement share certificates or other evidence, the Escrow Agent will send to the Securityholder or at the Securityholder’s direction, the replacement share certificate or other evidence of the escrow securities released. The Escrow Agent and Issuer will act as soon as reasonably practicable.

Payment Certificates 42.1 The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer monthly statements of the estimated value of the work completed less the cumulative amount certified previously.
Physician's Certificate When a female employee applies for pregnancy leave she must provide her supervisor with a certificate from her physician stating that she is pregnant and giving the estimated date of delivery at least two weeks prior to the date she plans to commence the leave. In the case of a female employee who stops working prior to the commencement of her scheduled leave because of a birth, still-birth or miscarriage that happens earlier than the employee was expected to give birth, that employee must, within two weeks of stopping work, give her supervisor:
Reference in the Residual Certificates to Supplemental Agreements A Residual Certificate authenticated and made available after the execution of any Supplemental Agreement pursuant to Article IX of this Trust Agreement may, and if required by Xxxxxx Xxx shall, bear a notation as to any matter provided for in such Supplemental Agreement. If Xxxxxx Mae shall so determine, new Residual Certificates so modified as to conform, in the opinion of Xxxxxx Xxx, to any such Supplemental Agreement may be prepared and executed by Xxxxxx Mae and authenticated and made available by the Certificate Registrar in exchange for the outstanding Residual Certificates.
Special Certification The individual or officer signing this agreement certifies by his or her signature that he or she is authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of the responsible governing board, official or Grantee.
