Common use of Release on Payment in Full Clause in Contracts

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the Collateral.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents Documents, including, without limitation, the Exit Fee, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, (i) release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement Agreements and any other Loan Documents on the Collateral, and (ii) terminate the other Loan Documents.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien Liens of the Pledge Agreement on the CollateralMortgages (and related Loan Documents) not theretofore released.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and accrued interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the CollateralMortgage.
