Release Time for Federation Activities. Meetings between Employer representatives and Federation representatives shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreeable to the parties involved. Both parties agree that to the extent feasible and practical such meetings shall not be scheduled so as to interfere with or interrupt the educational process of the College. In instances where such scheduling is not possible, Federation representatives shall be allowed to attend such meetings provided that adequate coverage of their teaching responsibilities has been arranged. The costs of such coverage, if any, shall be borne by the Federation.
