Release Time for Guild Business. Official representatives of the bargaining unit shall be given time off with pay to attend meetings with City representatives or to attend Guild meetings, provided reasonable notification is given. Representatives assigned to graveyard shift may be released by 2300 hours with supervisor’s approval when necessary to attend such meetings.
