Release Time for Mediation. Members of the FEA negotiations team participating in mediation scheduled during the Teacher workday shall be granted release time for such mediation sessions. This time shall neither be charged to the members' sick or professional leave, nor have any adverse effect against the members in general. Each member shall be paid his/her normal rate for such day(s).
