Release Time - Union Representation. Up to a total of five (5) days paid released time will be granted for the purpose of Union representation. Written requests for duly elected delegates to attend conventions, conferences, and seminars must be submitted to the Superintendent at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested date for released time. Attendance will not exceed two (2) persons for each activity per year.
