Released Time for Employees and Council Representatives. Grievance meetings and hearings will be scheduled by the District whenever possible during non-working hours of the grievant. If a grievance meeting or hearing is scheduled during working hours, reasonable employee released time including necessary travel time without loss of salary will be provided the grievant.
