Common use of Released Time for Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Released Time for Negotiations. No more than six (6) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of pay and with mileage reimbursement for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District pursuant to this Agreement. The Union and the District may agree that additional employees shall receive such released time.

No more than six four (64) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of pay and with mileage reimbursement for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District pursuant to this Agreement. No more than six three (63) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of pay and with mileage reimbursement for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District pursuant to this Agreement. No more than six nine (69) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of pay and with mileage reimbursement for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District for renegotiating a successor Agreement to this contract. No more than five (5) employees may be released for re-opener negotiations pursuant to Article l9 of this Agreement. The Union and the District may agree that additional employees Employees assigned to B-shifts shall receive such released timebe granted compensatory time off for time spent on negotiating meetings. This time will be taken off in no less than eight (8) hour segments.
