Releases of Encumbrances. To Buyer, releases, in form and substance satisfactory to Buyer, of all Encumbrances affecting any of the Acquired Assets other than Permitted Encumbrances.
Releases of Encumbrances. Releases of Encumbrances evidencing the discharge and removal of all such Encumbrances on the Assets, if any, other than Permitted Encumbrances.
