Common use of RELIABILITY OF PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

RELIABILITY OF PERSONNEL. 14.1. The Parties shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any Authorized Staff who may have access to the Client’s Personal Data, ensuring in each case that access is limited to those individuals who need to know and to access the relevant Personal Data, as necessary for the purposes of the Principal Agreement. 14.2. Shireburn shall ensure that all Authorized Employees and Authorised Contractors are made aware of the confidential nature of the Personal Data and have executed confidentiality agreements that prevent them from disclosing or otherwise Processing, both during and after their engagement with Shireburn, any Personal Data except in accordance with their obligations in connection with the Services and as may be enforced by relevant laws.
