Relief and Replacement. The Patrol Division Administrative Sergeant shall not be replaced at times of absence and shift rotation. During absences of the Primary Response Division Inspector which are greater than forty (40) consecutive hours, a confirmed NCO shall be assigned and paid as an Acting Inspector.
