Relief at Terminal of Commencement. All Regular Deck Officers shall be relieved at the same terminal where they began their duties; and any such Deck Officer not so relieved shall be paid mileage and wages at the rate of pay applicable to the Deck Officer’s classification, whether overtime or straight-time, for the total detention time involved.
