RELIEF IN HIGHER RATED POSITION. An employee designated by the Employer to relieve in a higher-rated position excluded from the bargaining unit will be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per shift over and above the employee’s existing rate of pay. Acceptance of the temporary assignment shall be at the discretion of the employee.
