RELIEF IN HIGHER RATED POSITION. An employee designated by the Employer to relieve in a higher-rated position excluded from the bargaining unit will be paid two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour more than the employee's existing rate of pay. Acceptance of the temporary assignment shall be at the discretion of the employee.
