In order for the Drilling Party to receive the benefits of this Section 8.4, the proposed operations shall be commenced within six months after the expiration of the notice period provided in Subsection 8.10 or 8.1E, whichever is the later date.

RELINQUISHMENT AND REVERSION OF INTERESTS. A. SUCH CONSTRUCTION BY LESS THAN ALL PARTIES. In order for the Participating Party to receive the benefits of this Section 9.6, Such Construction shall be commenced within one (1) year after the expiration of the period provided in Section 9.4. Each Participating Party shall participate in Such Construction in the proportion of its Working Interest.

  • Conveyance of Interests Effective as of the Closing Date, the Depositor does hereby transfer, assign, set over, deposit with and otherwise convey to the Trustee, without recourse, in trust, all the right, title and interest of the Depositor in and to (i) the assets of REMIC I in exchange for the REMIC I Interests, (ii) the REMIC I Regular Interests in exchange for the REMIC II Interests, (iii) the REMIC II Regular Interests in exchange for the REMIC III Interests, (iv) the XX XXXXX III Regular Interests in exchange for the Exchangeable Certificates and (v) the right to receive Excess Interest in exchange for the Class V Certificates. The Trustee acknowledges such assignment and on the Closing Date, and in exchange therefor, the Certificate Registrar, on behalf of the Trustee, has executed and the Authenticating Agent, on behalf of the Trustee, has authenticated and delivered to or upon the order of the Depositor the Regular Certificates, Exchangeable Certificates, Class V Certificates and Class R Certificates in authorized denominations, in each case registered in the name set forth in such order or as so directed in this Agreement.

  • Assignment of Interests The Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner shall have the right to assign all or any part of their respective Interests to any other Person, whether or not a Partner, upon satisfaction of the following:

  • Purchase of Interests Any of the Advisor, its principals and employees may, in its discretion, purchase Interests in the Trust.

Said warranties shall not apply to any Alterations or Utility Installations (defined in Paragraph 7.3(a)) made or to be made by Lessee. If the Premises do not comply with said warranties, Lessor shall, except as otherwise provided in this Lease, promptly after receipt of written notice from Lessee given within six (6) months following the Commencement Date and setting forth with specificity the nature and extent of such non-compliance, take such action, at Lessor's expense, as may be reasonable or appropriate to rectify the non-compliance. Lessor makes no warranty that the Permitted Use in Paragraph 1.8 is permitted for the Premises under Applicable Laws (as defined in Paragraph 2.4).
