Intentionally Blank (20) Lessee shall reimburse Lessor upon demand for all premiums for casualty insurance with extended coverage purchased by Lessee to insure any structure on the Premises.
Entirety of Agreement This Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, if any.
Right to Release Any Portion of the Property Lender may release any portion of the Property for such consideration as Lender may require without, as to the remainder of the Property, in any way impairing or affecting the lien or priority of this Security Instrument, or improving the position of any subordinate lienholder with respect thereto, except to the extent that the obligations hereunder shall have been reduced by the actual monetary consideration, if any, received by Lender for such release, and may accept by assignment, pledge or otherwise any other property in place thereof as Lender may require without being accountable for so doing to any other lienholder. This Security Instrument shall continue as a lien and security interest in the remaining portion of the Property.

Entirety This Credit Agreement together with the other Credit Documents represent the entire agreement of the parties hereto and thereto, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, if any, including any commitment letters or correspondence relating to the Credit Documents or the transactions contemplated herein and therein.
Termination of Original Agreement Each Party agrees that the Original Agreement is hereby terminated as of the Effective Date and shall be of no further force or effect and, for the avoidance of doubt, no provisions of the Original Agreement survive such termination.
