Deleted status means that the Notebook in question has been completely deleted (including the Workspace) by the Client.
Deleted or “Inactive” Records: Records are never really deleted in BluSKY: when deleted, they are actually kept in the databases and only marked as deleted. The act of deleting a record in the databases causes the record to become “inactive”.
