Relocation of Boundaries. Boundaries between adjoining Units shall not be relocated; provided, however, Developer shall have the right to relocate boundaries between Units owned by Developer without the approval of the Board, and the Board shall execute the required amendment to the Declaration.

Relocation of Boundaries. Co-owners of Units may relocate boundaries between their Units upon written request to the Association in accordance with Section 48 of the Act. Upon receipt of such request, the president of the Association shall cause to be prepared an amendment to the Master Xxxx duly relocating the boundaries, identifying the Units involved, reallocating percentages of value and providing for conveyancing between or among the Co-owners involved in relocation of boundaries. The Co-owners requesting relocation of boundaries shall bear all costs of such amendment. Such relocation of boundaries shall not become effective, however, until the amendment to the Master Xxxx has been recorded in the office of the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
