Common use of Remainder of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Remainder of Agreement. Except as explicitly amended by this Amendment No. 5, the terms and provisions of the Agreement are hereby ratified, declared and remain in full force and effect.

Remainder of Agreement. Except as explicitly amended by this Amendment No. 523, the terms and provisions of the Agreement are hereby ratified, declared and remain in full force and effect.
