Remainder of Agreement. Except as specifically modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Remainder of Agreement. Notwithstanding the occurrence and passage of the Last Day for an Advance, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until all amounts owed under this Agreement and the Bond purchased by FFB under this Agreement have been paid in full.

Except as expressly provided in this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement are and will remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed by the Parties in all respects. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the amendments contained herein will not be construed as an amendment to or waiver of any other provision of the Agreement (or of any other agreement or document relating to the subject matter hereof), or as a waiver of or consent to any further or future action on the part of either Party that would require the waiver or consent of the other Party.
Remainder of Agreement. All other terms and provisions of the Notes shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
