Remainder Term. The twenty-five (25) year term following expiration of the Initial Term shall be referred to as the “Remainder Term”. Lessee shall have the right to lease the Premises for the duration of the Remainder Term for any use which is compatible with the then-applicable Airport Layout Plan, SDM Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan, and as allowed by the Site Development Permit (“Permitted Uses”). If the Premises continues to be used as a Solar Field for the duration of the Remainder Term, the terms of this Solar Lease will remain in effect for the balance of the Term. If the Lessee elects to use the Premises for some other Permitted Use, then the Premises will be governed by the terms of a Parcel Ground Lease then applicable for other leaseholds granted to Lessee for a period not to exceed twenty-five (25) years.‌

Related to Remainder Term

  • After Termination (a) Termination of this Agreement does not affect any accrued right or liability of either party nor will it affect the coming into force or the continuation in force of any provision of this Agreement that is expressly or by implication intended to come into or continue in force on or after the termination.

  • Earlier Termination Your employment hereunder shall terminate prior to the Initial Term (or any renewal term, in the event of renewal) on the following terms and conditions:

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Term Commencement Date The term of this Agreement shall commence on , 2020 (the “Commencement Date”) and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall end on June 30, 2055 (the “Term”).

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Rights After Termination 8.1. Upon and after the expiration or termination of this Agreement:

  • Survival After Termination The agreement to arbitrate will survive the termination of this Agreement.

  • Termination Period This Option shall be exercisable for three (3) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider, unless such termination is due to Participant’s death or Disability, in which case this Option shall be exercisable for twelve (12) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, in no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above and this Option may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 13 of the Plan.
