Remaining Funds. All funds allocated to the SCHOOL pursuant to Act 210, SLH 2021 per new section identified as HRS § 302D-39, for the purposes of the State Public Charter School Early Learning Program, that are unencumbered by June 30 of each school year shall be returned to the COMMISSION.
