Remaining Lease Terms. Except as expressly amended by this Third Amendment, all the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Third Amendment and the Lease, the provisions of this Third Amendment shall control. 2

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Second Amendment and the Lease, the provisions of this Second Amendment shall control.
Remaining Lease Terms. Except as expressly amended by this First Amendment, all the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this First Amendment and the Lease, the provisions of this First Amendment shall control.
Remaining Lease Terms. If TENANT elects to extend the Original Term, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in effect during the Extension Term, except: (a) the Base Rent for the Extension Term shall be determined in accordance with section 13 of this Addendum; (b) upon expiration of the Extension Term, TENANT shall have no further right to extend the Term of the Lease; (c) no tenant improvements or allowances shall be provided by LANDLORD, and TENANT shall be deemed to have extended the term of the Lease and accepted the Premises "AS IS" in their then existing condition and without representation or warranty from LANDLORD; (d) LANDLORD shall not be obligated to pay any real estate brokerage commissions to any broker or agent of TENANT on account of TENANT’s lease of Premises for the Extension Term, and (e) any “free rent” or other similar concession granted in the Lease for the Original Term shall not apply to the Extension Term.
Remaining Lease Terms. Except as expressly amended by this Fifth Amendment, all terms, covenants, provisions, and conditions of the Lease as amended shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Fifth Amendment and the Lease, the provisions of the Fifth Amendment shall control.
Remaining Lease Terms. Except as otherwise expressly modified by this First Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Lease are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and provisions of the Lease and the terms and provisions of this First Amendment, the terms and provisions of this First Amendment shall govern and control.
Remaining Lease Terms. If LESSEE elects to extend the Original Term, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in effect during such Extension Term except: (a) no tenant improvements or allowances shall be provided by LESSOR, and LESSEE shall be deemed to have extended the term of the Lease and accepted the Premises "AS IS " in their then existing condition and without representation or warranty from LESSOR; (b) upon expiration of the last Extension Term, LESSEE shall have no further right to extend the term of the Lease; and (c) the Security Deposit shall be increased to an amount equal to one months Base Rent determined as of the beginning of each Extension Term.
Remaining Lease Terms. Except as expressly amended by this Fourth Amendment, all the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Fourth Amendment and the Lease, the provisions of this Fourth Amendment shall control.
Remaining Lease Terms. Except as provided in this subsection and in subsection 8.2 of this Addendum, if LESSEE elects to extend the Original Term, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in effect during such extended term except:
(a) no tenant improvements or allowances shall be provided by LESSOR, and LESSEE shall be deemed to have extended the term of the Lease and accepted the Premises "AS IS" in their then-existing condition and without representation or warranty from LESSOR; (b) upon expiration of the five (5) year extension, LESSEE shall have no further right to extend the term of the Lease; and (c) the Base Rent applicable during the option term shall be determined in accordance with subsection 8.2 of this Addendum.
Remaining Lease Terms. Except as expressly amended by this Seventh --------------------- Amendment, all the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Lease and this Seventh Amendment, this Seventh Amendment will control.
