Remedies-Buyer’s Property. If Seller does not release or deliver Buyer’s Property or its customer’s Property in accordance with Section 7.1, Buyer may at Seller’s cost (1) obtain an immediate court order for possession without notice and without posting a bond, and (2) enter Seller’s premises, with or without legal process, and take immediate possession of Buyer’s Property and its customer’s Property. To the extent permitted by law, Seller waives any right to object to Xxxxx’s repossession of Buyer’s Property and its customer’s Property in a bankruptcy or other proceeding.
