Remittance of Funds when Refunded Certificates Paid in Full. At such time as the Fiscal Agent has received the representation of the State Treasurer that all of the payments required to carry out the Refunding Plan have been made and the confirmation of such representation by the Fiscal Agent, together with such other evidence of such payments as shall be satisfactory to the State and the Fiscal Agent, the Fiscal Agent shall deliver forthwith or remit to the State Treasurer for the accounts of the State Agencies any remaining Governmental Obligations and money held by it pursuant to Section 3.04.
